DealPing is a deal aggregation and notification service. We collect and display links to deals and community-generated content from publicly available third-party sources (primarily OzBargain).
DealPing is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OzBargain, any retailers, or any third-party sources.
The inclusion of a deal does not imply our endorsement of any product, retailer, or the accuracy of deal details.
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, the App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that deal information is accurate, current, or available.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
